Responsabilidades


• Captación activa de nuevos afiliados y partners estratégicos. 


• Gestión, seguimiento y retención de afiliados existentes. 


• Optimización del rendimiento del programa (conversión, volumen, calidad). 


• Comunicación continua con afiliados: soporte, incentivos, campañas y promociones. 


• Análisis de resultados, reporting y propuesta de mejoras. 


• Coordinación con los equipos de marketing y producto. 

Requisitos

• Se valora experiencia previa como Affiliate Manager o rol similar. 


• Conocimiento de modelos de afiliación. 


• Perfil comercial, orientado a resultados y relaciones a largo plazo. 


• Capacidad de organización y gestión autónoma. 


• Se valorará experiencia en trading, fintech o sectores afines.
